Alongside paid leave and job training, I’ll fight to protect workplace safety and the right to organize here in Tennessee.
What I'm Fighting For
- Raise the state minimum wage to a living wage.
- Protect the right to organize and oppose any further efforts to weaken workers and their unions.
- Guarantee basic workplace protections: water, rest, and bathroom breaks, and real heat protections for the people working our warehouses, fields, and job sites in the Memphis summer.
- Defend our child labor laws against the national push to roll them back and put more kids in dangerous jobs.
- Support prevailing wage and strong benefits on state-funded projects.
